Party Time! Third Party Arrangements

Overview

Are you in a Third Party arrangement, considering entering one, or want to know the requirements of the agreements that need to be in place? 

It's possible that you are unintentionally in a third-party arrangement!

The most common type of third-party arrangement is where a non-RTO provides training on behalf of an RTO, but this is just one type of Third Party! 

Perhaps your RTO has another RTO (or organisation) providing services such as marketing, recruitment, or student support services.... If this is the case, this is a Third Party Agreement.

Known to be an area for risk for RTOs it's important to understand what does and doesn't require a Third Party Agreement.

During this session you will explore the different types of Third Party Agreements and the keys to managing successful arrangements.  You will gain clarification around compliance requirements and Angela will dispel many of the myths associated with these types of arrangements.
