The regulatory focus on financial viability (FV) has increased significantly over the last 12-18 months in terms of what you are required to submit and the level of review. Cashflow has become a major issue for many providers and outcomes are influenced by numerous financial factors.

Understanding these factors and managing them is critical for financial viability! This webinar explored the factors of funding, profitability, invoice timing, invoice collection, other funding and payments and how they can be managed proactively.

The FV process was discussed from a regulatory perspective and highlighted some potentially surprising commercial applications. It also explored what you can do to improve your RTO's bottom line and financial health.
