Trainers and Assessors are required to demonstrate how they meet the HR requirements outlined in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015. These requirements are detailed in SRTO 1.13 - 1.24. It is the RTO's responsibility to capture how each trainer and/or assessor meets these requirements.
A Trainer/Assessor Profile provides a method of capturing this information. Velg Training have developed a Trainer/Assessor Profile and a TAE Trainer Profile both available in this package which addresses the requirements of the above standards.
