Third Party Agreement Template Now Available
Velg Training has revised its original Third Party Agreement template in respect of training and assessment and educational support services to reflect the changes announced in ASQA's General Direction on Third Party Arrangements released on 9th August 2019, and ASQA's subsequent complimentary webinar recording of 22nd August 2019.
This template has been split into two agreements to reflect the following situations:
- An RTO, as the Principal Party, who DOES have the training product(s) on its scope of registration can use this agreement template for arrangements with:
- a Third Party RTO that DOES have the same training product(s) on its scope of registration, or
- a non-RTO Third Party.
- An RTO, as the Principal Party, who DOES NOT have the training product(s) on its scope of registration can use this agreement template for arrangements with a Third Party RTO who DOES have the training product on its scope of registration.
